Description：

Feline herpesvirus type 1 (FHV-1)，a member of the alphaherpesvirus subfamily of the family Herpesviridae, is considered to be one of the most important pathogens in cats, causing mainly an upper respiratory tract disease known as feline viral rhinotracheiti. FHV-1 gD,also called gp60, is a hemagglutinin of FHV-1 which is related to a 59-kDa immunogenic glycoprotein ,and mAbs against the glycoprotein with a molecular weight of 60 kDa (gp60) had both hemagglutination-inhibition and complement-independent virus-neutralizing activities.
